READ THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS MANUAL BEFORE USING THE INSTRUMENT!
The first required Assembly and tighten with the two screws supplied with the larger diameter tube to the control box (in the two threads already prepared), insert the smaller diameter tube into the greater, preparing it to desired length and secure with the clamp. Third, invite the coil round to researching smaller diameter tube into the hole spiral wrapping swing the coil wire around two tubular and plugging the connector into the socket located in front of the control box. Attention! do not dry wire curves near the coil mount. Fourth and final assembly insert the 9 V battery square in housings designed behind the control box. And the tool is ready for use and research. NOTE: the 95% of the problems of metal detectors are due to low battery or cable break coil (caused by tearing against branches or bushes when searching so be careful!). A good idea is to remove the batteries from their container for extended periods of inactivity.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COMMANDS IN THE METAL DETECTOR
Sensitivity knob serves the instrument on and off and to adjust its power of penetration into the soil. Must be always set to maximum (full clockwise-rotated) except in cases where due to radio interference the firm might give the speaker . Then power should be slightly lower.

Discriminated level knob is used to adjust the degree of discrimination of metals when it set the function selector to disc by 3 positions (research and finding only precious metals: gold, silver, brass, aluminum, lead, etc. … more you rotate clockwise the knob and you leave also noble metals, usually goes to less than half scale)
RULES OF USE OF THE METAL DETECTOR
The LASER is a motion detector, i.e. the search coil must be continually move from right to left and vice versa for the presence of metals. Support coil on the ground and press the disc. Rotate all in sensitivity knob clockwise to get maximum search depth. Research on discrimination (which is the one and only search precious metals or ferrous metals but nevertheless fairly large in size) press lever to DISC and turn the knob clockwise discriminate bringing it up about 1/4 of the scale. Turn knob discriminate specifies the right degree of discrimination. At the beginning it is preferable to take lower this threshold. (from experience you may want to do some more digging to avoid objects left behind ). Now you can start your search with the infinity researching coil (every inch that the coil is far from the land corresponds to an inch lost in depth) and swinging big arches from Direction left and vice versa, taking about 2 seconds for each pass. looking at the figures of the u.s.a., however, the personal experience and research technique gives the best results.
WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NOT TO DO!
Do not drown the control box, and do not leave it in the car under sunlight.
Do not leave too short the cable close to the coil, and protect it against the branches.
Not to slam violently the coil against trees, stones, ect …. it goes through the perfect balance
