Industrial detectors
Auto Tune excludes any controlled absorption effects products. Control of the metal detectors is carried out using electronic panels, providing access to many of the features necessary for the proper control of the quality of products. Industrial metal detectors have been designed to be capable of directly or remotely communicate with cooperating devices within the network. The company offers both CEIA detectors (probes) to be built in existing production lines as well as the entire integrated systems containing metal detector, coffee table or mounting base, the system of separation, transport of products and other necessary equipment.
TYPES OF INDUSTRIAL DETECTORS
Metal detectors (probes)
The basic models of family of industrial metal detectors CEIA THS/STD is universal and its tapered version of THS/SL is designed for applications with limited space to install the detector. A variation of the above are a metal detectors THS/3F working on three different frequencies in order to eliminate the impact of material effects on the process of metal detection. It also occurs in the case of a smaller in width and has a code mark THS/SL-3F. Again, the THS/MN is produced in two versions: first, the optimized to search for needles and intended for the textile industry, and the other, intended for the control of products packed in aluminium foil. THS/G is the gravity detector, designed to work with loose granular materials, powder or liquid. The next metal detector TE/Digit and its tapered variety TE/SL are intended for use in the textile industry for the detection of metallic impurities in fabrics. Tunnel detector TT is used to control a very fast processes, where the material studied moves at speeds of up to 40 m/s and more. The last two types of metal detectors have opened the tunnel: TSM is used for the detection of medium and large pieces of metal and universal THS/A.
Integrated systems
THS/PH is a system designed for the pharmaceutical sector to such uses as control medications in the form of pellets, capsules, sachets, etc. Another system, THS/FB includes a piece of the tape transport and can be equipped with an integrated mechanism for removing contaminated products automatically (separation of the metal). The next two: THS/PL and THS/PLV is designed to work with liquids and suspensions,. The first is a smaller, simplified version, while the other has in addition a valve designed to remove contaminated product. Another of the systems, the THS/FFV granular materials used to check or powder and is also equipped with a mechanism for ejecting. The last one, THS/MN has the same use as detectors (probes) with the same designation code.
PROPERTIES OF INDUSTRIAL DETECTORS
All of the above metal detectors and systems are characterized by high sensitivity, independent of the speed of the material inspected and androgen insensitivity to interference which may be present in industrial environments. They can also automatically adapt to the characteristics of the test materials. Metal detectors can be operated using the built-in keyboard interface and readable display, or remotely via an external computer using the RS232 interface or controller. When equipped with the optional interface RS485, metal detectors may also be connected in a network and controlled by a single remote computer.
